It seems the Jets are looking to trade Guard Pete Kendall and it looks like the Miami Dolphins may be interested.

What is this?  Bizarro World?

Why is this happening?  Like anything else in sports (and life, really) it's about money.

Dirty, dirty money.

Kendall feels underpaid and is looking for a pay increase of around $1 million.  How serious is the situation?  Kendall has stopped attending voluntary workouts with the Jets.

It's a shame, but it looks like Kendall's career in the Green and White is over.  He may be an 11-year vet, but I think he still has something left in the tank.  He's a guy who gives everything he has on the football field.  He was also a presence in the locker room and one of the team captains last year.

But, hey, these things happen.  Who will replace him?  Good question.  No one on the current roster sticks out, but I would guess that Wade Smith would be the front-runner.  

In any event, Kendall's determination and leadership abilities will be missed.

And he would look terrible in aqua and coral.
